Welcome to the Covid and Beyond Community Support Program.

 

I'm extremely proud to be offering this program to help support the mental health and wellbeing of everyone that has been impacted by the pandemic we are currently in. Please take your time to work through the program at your own pace so that you're able to get the most out of the information provided.

The elements that are covered in the program are:

1. Understanding mental health and where to seek help

2. Understanding stress and ways to manage it

3. Mindfulness and meditation to help create a calm state of mind

4. Thoughts, feelings and actions, a CBT framework to help manage your responses to situations and

5. The circles of control to help you focus your energy on things you can change and surrendering the things you can't.

Some elements of the program have supporting documents and resources, but I recommend watching the videos first before you get to them.
